SHIPPING POLICY What We Ship: Most products contained on this website are able to be shipped at the purchaser's expense. Items unavailable for purchase online (like presses, dryers, etc.) must be arranged for pick-up or shipment directly with our sales department. When We Ship: If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main Escondido, California warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse. Where We Ship: All orders are limited to the Continental US and Canada. For purchases and shipments outside of this area, please call us at (760) 489-1448. How We Ship: Most shipments are made through UPS. Shipping charges are payable by the purchaser. Some larger items are shipped via FOB freight. If you require a different form of shipment please contact us at (760) 489-1448. How To Track Your Order: Shipments can be tracked through UPS.com. A tracking number will be provided on your order screen and in your shipment confirmation email after your order has been shipped. How To Pick Up Your Order: Orders can be picked-up during normal business hours; Monday thru Friday, 8:30-5:00. Please call ahead, as sometimes we are occasionally out of the office. RETURN POLICY Your satisfaction is our number 1 goal. If for any reason you are not happy with any product sold on our website and listed below, you can return or exchange that item within 30 days of the original purchase. Products must be unused and unopened to receive a full refund.

Return Process: Before anything can be returned to Westix, please call (760) 489-1448 to receive a Return Authorization #. This number will be used to reference your return. Items should be shipped back to Westix Equipment & Supply with the shipping to be covered by the customer. Refunds will be issued after items have been received and processed by Westix. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There is a 10% restocking fee for some returned items.
