Emulsion Emulsion
SBQ Photopolymers

Pure photopolymer emulsions come pre-sensitized and are ready to use. They provide fast exposures with sharp resolution and durable stensils. The emulsion has a 1 year pot life and a 6 month coated screen life. Recommended for printers using plastisol, water based, and discharge inks.
Dual Cure (Diazo)

Dual cure emulsions have a wide exposure latitude and great stesil flexibility. These emulsions are more forgiving if your not quite sure of your exposure times. These emulsions provide excellent resolution and are easier to washout than photopolymers.
Hardener / Blockout

Hardener should be used with most emulsions if you are printing with water based and discharge ink systems to ensure stencil life. Blockout can be used to fill pinholes and fix parts of the screen that have broken down.
