EnviroClean Screen DeGreaser

EnviroClean is a natural citrus-based degreaser for use with new or used screen printing mesh fabric. It will quickly degrease your screens without harsh fumes. EnviroClean removes oils, grease and other contaminants and residue from new and used screen mesh. Always use EnviroClean prior to coating your screens with emulsion for the most durable and accurate stencil. You will reduce "pinholes" and other inconsistencies when you degrease your screens prior to coating.

No screen printing shop is complete without a good, environmentally friendly screen degreaser.

Application Instructions

1. Completely remove any ink residue with EnviroWipe Ink Wash.
2. Remove all emulsion residue with EnviroStrip Emulsion Remover.
3. Apply EnviroClean to both sides of the screen. Thoroughly scrub and agitate the fabric completely. Leave EnviroClean on the screen mesh for 1-2 minutes to completely dissolve all dirt and contaminants.
4. Thoroughly rinse both sides of the screen with water and allow screen to fully dry.
5. Coat with emulsion!
