301 RC Water Based Inks

Product Description

301 RC inks provide an ultra-soft feel and print similar to traditional plastisol ink. The RC series is a semi-transparent water-based ink system designed for light colored fabrics. These inks are ready-to-print straight out of the container.

Printing Recommendations
301 Series inks print well through 80-305 mesh with direct emulsions and capillary films. They will not dry in the screen but it is recommended that a flood stroke is used between prints. Water proof emulsions should be used to prevent stencil break-down. Screens made with standard emulsions can be hardened after they have been exposed and washed out. (Hardened screens are fully reclaimable)

Curing
Recommended cure temperature is 350° F. for 60-90 seconds depending on curing unit and type of fabric being printed. The ink must be heated thoroughly to properly cure. When properly cured the ink is 100% washable.

Please Note: RC Trans White and RC Pantone Black are primarily mixing colors for the pantone™ matching system.
