301 Eco-Series Metallic Base

301 Eco-Series Metallic base is an superior metallic ink that is easy to screen print and produces vibrant metallic shimmers. 301 Metallic comes standard as a silver metallic color and can be mixed with any of our pigments to produce incredible results! You can use this screen printing inks on dark and light colored fabrics without an underbase and without flashing. If you want even brighter results, print with a discharge underbase.

Mesh Count: 110-125 mesh counts recommended.

Mixing and Additives

• Mix pigments to binder by weight from 1 drop up to 10%.



Curing


• Always test your curing device with the ink before beginning production.
• Heat set at 300-320 degress F for 60-90 seconds or until all water content has been evaporated.
• This base should never be air-dried. Only heat cure this ink.
