301 Eco-Series Clear Base

This clear textile screen printing base is smooth, creamy and easy to print. It can print through 305 mesh without drying in the screen! This is the ultimate water based binder that is mixed with pigment to create a printable ink. Use this binder for screen printing on white or light colored fabrics. Mix up to 10% of any of our pigments by weight to create your desired color.

Mixing and Additives

• Mix pigments to binder by weight from 1 drop up to 10%.
• Mix Softener up to 5% by weight for increased printability through higher mesh.
• Mix Wetting Agent up to 3% by weight for increased printability through higher mesh.

Curing

• Always test your curing device with the ink before beginning production.
• Heat set at 300-320 degress F for 60-90 seconds or until all water content has been evaporated.
• In rare cases this base can be air dried on fabrics with professional results. Important- Please test your curing method thoroughly on all fabrics!
